U ovomesečnom Monitoringu medijske scene čitalac se može obavestiti o odluci Vrhovnog suda Srbije u postupku vođenom zbog ubistva novinara Slavka Ćuruvije, novoj epizodi navodno dokumentarnog serijala nepotpisanih autora ,,Zlo doba: Stvaranje propagande”, u produkciji Centra za društvenu stabilnost iz Novog Sada, u kom je centralna figura i tema bio Veran Matić, o sastanku Stalne radne grupe za bezbednost novinara održanom u prostorijama redakcije IN medija u Inđiji, o fizičkom ometanju kom su tokom obavljanja svog novinarskog posla bili izloženi foto-reporter Marko Dragoslavić, novinarke i novinari portala Mašina, dnevnog lista Danas, novinari redakcije Blokada.INFO, urednik i novinar portala snews.rs Medin Halilović, o zabrani stavljenoj na izveštavanje iz (ne)sigurne zone ograđenog Pionirskog parka (zabrani koju su dobili novinarka TV N1 Žaklina Tatalović i slobodni foto-reporteri Luka Pešić i Relja Jarkovački), o Internet pretnjama upućenim redakciji medija Radar, naročito novinaru Vuku Cvijiću, i pretnjama Predragu Simonoviću, kolumnisti tog medija, o pretnjama koje su putem društvenih mreža dobili Igor Velić, novinar iz Bora, Marko Vidojković, koautor podkasta ,,Dobar, loš, zao”, i novinari redakcije portala Slobodna reč, o napadima na Instagram naloge medija Zoomer, Radar, Nova.rs, Nova S, N1, Danas, Zona plus, i na naloge foto-reportera Gavrila Andrića i nezavisne novinarke Irene Radosavljević, napadima na portal Autonomija, VOICE, Crta, OsnaŽene, o suspenziji naloga portala Ozon Press, o pretnjama gašenjem naloga na društvenim mrežama zbog negativnog pisanja o predsedniku Republike Srbije (pretnjama koje su stigle na redakcijske adrese dnevnog lista Danas, televizije KTV, medija N1 i Nova.rs), o plakatu koji je osvanuo na više mesta u gradu Kula i selima Ruski Krstur i Kruščić a na kom su se, u okviru negativne kampanje koja se vodi prema listi ,,Mladi Kula”, uz oznaku ustaškog pokreta, našla i lica novinarki Sanje Kosović i Ine Džakule.

I u ovomesečnom Monitoringu pažnja je posvećena novinama u zakonskim okvirima Republike Srbije, te se tako mogu pročitati redovi o oštroj kritici koju je stručna javnost uputila na račun rešenja predloženih u Nacrtu izmena i dopuna Zakona o javnom redu i miru koji je izradio kabinet ombudsmana Zorana Pašalića, ali i o zahtevu koji je Koalicija za slobodu medija uputila Ministarstvu informisanja i telekomunikacija i Agenciji za privredne registre. Osim o navedenom, čitalac će se obavestiti i o odluci Apelacionog suda u Beogradu da ukine presudu Višeg suda i postupak vrati na ponovno odlučivanje u slučaju vođenom po tužbi kuma predsednika Republike Srbije Nikole Petrovića, kom su, navodno, novinarke istraživačkog portala KRIK Bojana Jovanović i Dragana Pećo i njihov urednik Stevan Dojčinović povredili čast i ugled navodom: ,,Nikola Petrović, kum Predsednika Aleksandra Vučića i jedan od najmoćnijih ljudi u državi, poslovno sarađivao sa Dejanom Stanimirovićem zvanim Markos, kriminalcem umešanim u međunarodni šverc droge” i naslovom  teksta: ,,Predsednikov kum imao firmu sa Markosom-kriminalcem umešanim u međunarodni šverc kokaina”.

ANEM monitoring report for January 2026 on freedom of expression, old and new regulations and analysis of SLAPP lawsuits

In this month's Monitoring, too, attention is paid to newspapers within the legal framework of the Republic of Serbia, so you can read about the harsh criticism that the expert public directed at the account of the solutions proposed in the Draft Amendments to the Law on Public Order and Peace prepared by the office of the Ombudsman Zoran Pašalić, but also about the request that the Coalition for Media Freedom sent to the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications and the Agency for Business Registers. In addition to the above, the reader will also be informed about the decision of the Court of Appeal in Belgrade to overturn the verdict of the High Court and return the proceedings to a new decision in the case brought by the lawsuit of the President of the Republic of Serbia’s best man, Nikola Petrović. He alleges that the journalists of the investigative portal KRIK, Bojana Jovanović and Dragana Pećo, and their editor Stevan Dojčinović, injured his honor and reputation by stating: "Nikola Petrović, the best man of President Aleksandar Vučić and one of the most powerful people in the country, cooperated in business with Dejan Stanimirović aka Markos, a criminal involved in international drug smuggling" and the title of the text: "The President's best man had a company with Markos, a criminal involved in international cocaine smuggling".
